- 1 10 oz bag Stahlbush Island Farms Crazy Corn
- 1 10 oz bag Stahlbush Island Farms Super Sweet Corn
- 1 TBSP olive oil
- ½ cup diced red onion
- 1/3 cup cilantro, chopped
Creamy Vegan Elote Dressing
- 2 TBSP unsweetened almond milk yogurt
- 2 TBSP vegan mayo
- 2 TBSP fresh lime juice
- ½ tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp Himalayan sea salt
- ¼ tsp ground pepper
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
