I hope your week is off to a wonderful start. Mine began with a much-needed return to simplicity in the kitchen after a whirlwind of a weekend. This past week, I had the incredible opportunity to attend Natural Products Expo East, an event where I reconnected with beloved brands and explored the latest innovations in natural foods.
