Description

Everything Granola Bites with SunButter, chia seeds, coconut, cacao nibs, and a hidden granola crunch!  Perfect for a quick portable snack!


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups No-Sugar-Added SunButter
  • 1 cup your favorite crumbly granola 
  • ¼ cup vanilla protein powder 
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp white chia seeds
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • ½ cup cacao nibs or dark chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients: SunButter, granola, protein powder, maple syrup, chia seeds, coconut flakes, and chocolate chips. Stir thoroughly until everything is well-combined and forms a cohesive dough.
  2. Using a cookie scoop for consistency, measure out approximately 1.5-inch mounds of the mixture. Roll each mound firmly between your hands to form smooth, round balls.
  3. For best results, refrigerate the finished bites for at least 30-60 minutes, or until they are set and firm. Store any leftover granola bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week, or freeze them for longer-term enjoyment.
