Ingredients

  • 23 Medjool dates, to taste
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of powdered ginger
  • 2 big handfuls of frozen spinach
  • 1/2 small avocado or 1/4 medium
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • Bob’s Red Mill Coconut Spice Pan-Baked Granola


Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients except the granola to a high-speed blender and process until smooth and creamy. Add more almond milk as needed to reach your desired consistency.
  2. Divide the mixture between two glasses and top generously with granola and an extra sprinkle of cinnamon.
  3. Serve and enjoy immediately!

Notes

For the thickest, creamiest shakes, ensure your pears and spinach are frozen in advance.
