- 1 large handful of fresh spinach
- Optional toppings: fresh avocado slices, vibrant salsa, creamy hummus, a drizzle of tahini, hot sauce, fresh herbs, roasted nuts or seeds, cooked legumes (black beans, chickpeas) for extra protein.
